I am a technology leader and builder — equally comfortable in the boardroom shaping strategy as I am in the terminal shipping solutions. My focus is turning technology complexity into measurable business advantage.
With 15+ years in the technology sector and 9+ years in senior leadership, I have led cloud transformations, governed AI adoption, designed shared services models, and run FinOps programmes that have saved organisations millions — while staying close enough to the work to architect, build, and integrate alongside my teams.

AI Service Desk PoC — Claude-Powered Ticket Triage

Designed and built an AI-powered Service Desk proof of concept presented to the MD, COO, and CCO. Features a live ticket triage simulation, Claude-powered reasoning engine with visible decision logging, automated ticket classification, AI-generated customer email threads (“Steff” agent), and MSP knowledge base integration — with mock Kaseya feed for live queue monitoring.
Intercom Fin AI Agent – Learner & Guardian Support Automation

Led end-to-end implementation of Intercom's Fin AI agent as the primary frontline support channel for ~4,800 learners. Designed AI architecture, prompt engineering, escalation logic, and safeguarding controls in an educational environment.
Enterprise AWS Cloud Transformation & Cost Optimisation Programme

Led full-scale AWS cloud transformation — redesigned multi-account architecture, executed 11 Well-Architected Reviews (avg. 95% score), reduced monthly AWS spend from ~USD 19,000 to USD 11,000, and saved ZAR 700,000/yr by bringing hosting in-house.
